Do you love being in front of the camera, telling stories, and creating videos that capture attention? ZapAround is looking for a creative and self-directed person to shoot, edit, and publish authentic content on social media. Your mission: introduce our travel app through demonstrations, experiences, and short videos that make people want to try it.
ZapAround is a Québec-based platform that helps travellers discover local experiences and plan their outings and trips. We are looking for a person who can take charge of video content creation, from the initial idea through to publication. You will work directly with the co-founders to showcase the app and build a consistent presence on social media. Your role includes three areas: 1. Creating spontaneous UGC content Filming yourself using the app and sharing your discoveries. Producing short, natural videos suited to social media conventions. Developing hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds. Turning real travel situations into content that is useful, entertaining, and easy to understand. 2. Producing scripted videos Developing concepts with our team and performing scripts on camera. Creating app demonstrations, comparisons, and role-play scenarios. Shooting content with the co-founders and supporting them in their on-screen presence. Handling editing, subtitles, and adaptation to vertical formats. 3. Publishing and repurposing content Preparing an editorial calendar and publishing on accounts agreed upon with the team. Adapting videos to the selecte
